A trip is any reservation created or received through the platform — whether entered by a dispatcher, submitted via the online booking engine, or received via API or OTA integration. Cancelled trips before driver assignment are not counted against your monthly quota.
There is no hard cap — your operations never stop. Additional trips above your monthly quota are billed at a small overage rate at the end of your billing cycle. The overage rate decreases with each plan tier.
When you route a booking to a partner operator through the Pickup Affiliate Network (farm-out), a per-trip fee applies. This fee is lower on higher-tier plans. The fee covers commission tracking, white-label routing, and automatic settlement between operators.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. No penalties, no lock-in periods.
Yes. The Base plan has no monthly fee and no time limit. You only pay the farm-out fee when you route trips through the Affiliate Network. It is designed for operators who are just starting out or running a small operation.
Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate from Pickup subscription fees and apply to card transactions processed through the platform. If you collect payment offline (cash, bank transfer), no processing fee applies.
